(ETECSA) announces that from August 7 to 14, 2024, customers of our international distributors who recharge from 500 CUP up to 1250 CUP will multiply the amount of money recharged in their main balance by 12 and will be able to enjoy unlimited data from 12:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. The unlimited data bonus will be available at the moment the customer receives the recharge and will be valid for 30 days from then. However, the unlimited data is only valid during the hours between 12:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. The main balance will maintain the established validity period of 330 days from the date of the last recharge received.
• If a customer receives multiple recharges during the promotional period, the money will accumulate in the main balance.
• Users who have active resources from combined plans (national and/or international), LTE packages, and/or international data bonuses at the time of applying a recharge during this promotional period WILL NOT have their expiration dates extended.
• Customers who have active plans, combos, or bonuses with SMS and/or MIN resources WILL NOT have the validity dates of those resources extended either.

If a customer makes or receives multiple recharges during the promotional period, the money accumulates in their balance. 7. Users will not have a limit on recharges during the promotional period. With the main balance, customers can carry out all actions they normally do: national and international calls, purchase bags, packages, and plans, make transfers, and activate the Amigo plan. 9. Balance inquiry is free of charge for the customer and is done by dialing *222#. Inquiring about bonuses is also free of charge and is done by dialing *222 *266#, or in other words, *222 *BON#. 10. To keep the service active, customers can make an international recharge starting from the minimum established amount (500 CUP). The mobile line will have a validity of 330 days, plus an additional 30 days before the service is disabled. 11. After a recharge has been made during the promotion, the user will receive a notification. It is important to remember that notification SMS have a validity period and that to receive them, the mobile must be active and in an area with adequate coverage.
