Bonus of 40GB + WhatsApp free (optional)

Cuba's Telecommunications Company (ETECSA) will run an international promotion from April 25 to 30, 2024, with the following design: "Bonus with 40GB + WhatsApp free (optional)". The promotion aims to offer customers of our international distributors who recharge from 500CUP to 1250CUP a bonus of 40GB (all networks) and the enjoyment of WhatsApp free 24 hours a day (00:00 AM
• 23:59 PM); the latter, if they have international products or resources valid at the time of receiving the recharge.
• The data bonus and WhatsApp will be valid for 30 days, counted from the time the recharge is received.
With this promotional action, the customer will receive the recharged amount in their main balance.
• Customers who do not have valid international products or resources at the time of receiving this recharge will only receive the recharged amount in their main balance and the 40GB bonus.
• The main balance maintains the established validity period (330 days) from the recharge received.
Example 1: If a customer receives a recharge of 500CUP through one of our international distributors, and has a previous promotional offer valid, they will obtain the 40GB bonus and WhatsApp free 24 hours, valid for 30 days, and the recharged amount (500CUP) in their main balance. Example 2: If a customer receives a recharge of 500CUP through one of our international distributors, and does not have a previous promotional offer valid, they will only obtain the 40GB bonus for 30 days and the recharged amount (500CUP) in their main balance.
• If a customer makes several recharges during the promotional period, the main balance will accumulate, and the valid data bonuses from previous promotions (if they have them) will accumulate with the bonus corresponding to this promotion.
The expiration date of the bonuses will be 30 days counted from the last recharge received.
• If the customer has valid MIN and/or SMS bonuses, the expiration date of these will not be extended.
• To customers who recharge during the promotional period and have combined plan resources (national and/or international), national plans, valid LTE packages, international data bonus, unlimited data and/or WhatsApp free 24 hours, at the time of applying the promotional recharge, the expiration date of these will be extended by 30 days, from the day the recharge is made and with an expiration time of 11:59 PM, Cuba time.
That is, users who have plans, combos or bonuses, with data resources (GB), WhatsApp free and unlimited data, will have the expiration date of these resources extended. The discount is made ensuring that there are no interruptions in the service. The consultation of the bonuses is free of charge for the customer, and is done through 222266#. 5. Customers who have valid bonuses from previous promotions, of data (GB), will accumulate with the bonus corresponding to this promotion and their expiration date will be 30 days counted from the receipt of this recharge. In the case of WhatsApp free and unlimited data, its expiration date will be extended to 30 days counted from the receipt of this recharge. If they have valid MIN and SMS bonuses, the validity of these will NOT be extended. 6. A customer can receive several recharges in the promotional period, which will increase their main balance. 7. If a customer makes several recharges during the promotional period, the resources of the bonuses accumulate.
