Organizer. The organizer and person responsible for the Bait te Premia promotion is ABC ASISTENCIA, S.A. DE C.V. ("Telasist"), located at Pedro Asencio Número Exterior: 529 Número Interior 12, Planta alta Col. Santa Cruz, Metepec, C.P. 52140, in the State of Mexico.
• SECOND.
Validity. The validity of this promotion will be from March 27, 2024 to June 30, 2024 ("Validity") and will be nationwide, and its terms and conditions may be consulted at www.mibait.com and https://baittepremia.com/canjear

Eligibility.

• All users who have a valid Bait mobile line during the Validity period, or users who have ported their number from other telecommunications companies to Bait during said period, except in the cases indicated below.

Telasist intends for all users to compete on equal terms in each of the promotions and with strict respect for the rules of good faith. Therefore, any abusive or fraudulent use of these rules or of the particular rules or special instructions of a promotion will result in the cancellation of the codes used and the consequent disqualification and cancellation of the user in any promotion carried out within it.
• The following cannot participate:
• Minors without the express consent of the person or persons who have parental authority or guardianship over them, and they must also comply with the provisions of section 7(g) of this promotion.
• Users who live outside of Mexican territory, even if they have made international Bait recharges.

Participation Mechanics.

• BAIT users must access the website [se quitó una URL no válida], accept the terms and conditions and enter the redemption code in said portal, and press the redeem button to obtain a discount coupon or a prize, as the case may be.

N. pesos or more will receive a discount coupon which may be randomly valid for restaurants, entertainment, health and beauty, fashion, accessories, as well as discount codes of up to $2,000 for the purchase of mobile equipment.
• BAIT will send the code or digital discount coupon via SMS to the winner within a maximum period of 72 hours, which may be redeemed within a maximum period of 30 days.
• For the prizes established in numeral 2, of Clause FOURTH, the following will be applied:

• In case the recharge does not cover the last prize, the prizes will be awarded to the last previous recharges that meet the conditions.
• Prize winners will be notified by phone and will also be published on Bait's social networks.
• There will be 1 (one) only winner per prize who will be the user who has complied with the guidelines of this promotion and has correctly answered one of the questions asked when contacted through the phone number from which the recharge originated.
• Likewise, it will be verified that said recharge during the validity of the Promotion, through the online sales platform and/or at authorized Bait points of sale.
• In the event that the winning user does not answer the question asked at the time of answering the call and that the winning recharge has been effectively verified, they will irrevocably lose the right to request the Prize.
• SIXTH.
Prize delivery.
• Users who are winners of prizes will be contacted by phone, through Bait's customer service line to collect their data and coordinate the delivery of said prizes, which will be delivered within 50 (fifty) calendar days following the date on which the winner was announced.
• The prizes will be sent to the customer service area of the Walmart Supercenter, Walmart Express, Bodega Aurrera, Bodega Aurrera Express stores) closest to your location, to be delivered at the indicated time.
If the winning user does not show up to collect their prize within the indicated period, or does not have the required information established in Clause Seventh, the prize will not be delivered, without any responsibility for the organizer.
• Discounts and prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash.
To claim the Prize, the winner must provide the required documentation and comply with any identity verification process (present official identification, proof of address).
• The Prize delivery schedule will depend on the customer service hours of each Walmart store format.
• SEVENTH.
Identifications.
• The requirements that the winning user must present during the physical delivery of the Prize will be the following:
• Show a valid official identification and a simple copy of it.
The following will be recognized as official identification:
• Voter's Credential issued by the National Electoral Institute (INE);
• Valid passport issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs;
• Military Service Card issued by the Ministry of National Defense, or
• Professional Certificate issued by the Ministry of Public Education.
• In the case of foreigners, their corresponding valid Migratory Form issued by the National Institute of Migration (FM2 or FM3 as the case may be).
• In case of not having any type of identification, prove your responsibility by means of a notarized letter with 2 (two) witnesses.
• In the case of being a minor, they must be accompanied by their father, mother or guardian, as well as bring the original and copy of the birth certificate and the original and copy of the official identification of the accompanying father or mother.
In the case of a tutor, they must bring a copy and original of their official identification and a document that accredits them with the status of tutor.
• EIGHTH: Applicable jurisdiction.
• Any controversy arising from the promotion and its complementary elements will be governed by these bases and, as a complement to the provisions set forth herein, the jurisdiction of Mexico City will apply, with all interested parties submitting to the same, waiving any jurisdiction that may correspond to them due to their present or future domicile.
• NINTH: Miscellaneous.
• It is the responsibility of the winners to appear at the agreed delivery point to receive the Prize they have obtained depending on the recharge.
Any additional expenses related to the collection of the prize will be the responsibility of the winner.
